Clearing the Decks!

Clearing the decks, meaning I have finally gotten around to some neglected business!  First of all, Fancy Stitches has some extra class kits in stock for two of my designs, Easter Collage and Mod Merry. Here is a great stitch of my Spring Meadow canvas that was entered in the 2015 Stitching Games by Carol S.  It is gorgeous!

TJ's Finishing does a great job with my Seasonal Tree canvases, you can have them as a stand up or a tree ornament.  This one was stitched by Annice H.

Princess and the Pea Stitching Games Update

I have my stitching for June done already, but this was an easy month.  Our June clue was "Lilliputian" so I did just a tiny bit of stitching-- the teensy, "lilliputian" sized hearts on the foot of the bed.  When it is finally time to stitch the bed itself I doubt I'll be done so fast! 

Update on Princess and the Pea, my Stitcherie Project

I haven't shown you my the stitching I did in April and May for my Stitcherie project, Princess and the Pea.

For April, the clue was "three" so I stitched the pink mattress in three stitches with three threads.  May's clue was "topsy-turvy" so I stitched the mattress on the top, with Vineyard Silk and beads:

Stitching Games 2015 Challenge "Princess" and the Pea

I joined the Stitching Games (now in its third year) at the end of January with this canvas, "Princess" and the Pea.  Hoping all those mattresses will give me plenty of stitching options over the next few months!

Here are the two sections I've stitched so far, to complete the January and February clues:

Just the green/pink dot mattress and the famous pea itself so far, so I have plenty of canvas left to stitch the rest of my clues.
